Returns & Exchanges

We hope everything you bring home from Little Empire is loved, lived in, and maybe even a little grass-stained. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Give your order a quick once-over when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away at hello@littleempireshop.com and we’ll make it right.

A few things we can’t take back

For the safety and comfort of all our rascals, some items are final sale:

  • Swimwear
  • Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding items
  • Socks, tights, and undergarments
  • Hair accessories and hats
  • Personalized or custom pieces
  • Seasonal and holiday items
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific item, just ask—we’re happy to help.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to place a new order and send the original item back to us for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Banks can take a little extra time to process. Thanks for your patience.)
